1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ReLeadsPro collects and uses information on this private-beta website and access-request form. It applies to the current waitlist and pre-release beta experience, not to features or services that may be introduced later under a revised policy.

2. Information you provide

When you request beta access, we collect:

• Your full name and email address.
• Your optional US phone number.
• Your primary real estate market and professional role.
• Your agreement to receive beta-access and relevant product emails.
• Any information you send when you contact us directly.

Providing a phone number is optional. We use it only when reasonably needed to coordinate beta access; submitting it does not consent to marketing text messages.

3. Attribution and technical context

To understand how people discover the beta and troubleshoot submissions, the page records first-touch and last-touch context. This may include:

• UTM parameters, click identifiers and other parameters included in the page URL.
• The referring page, landing path and query string.
• Browser language, time zone, screen size and viewport size.
• User-agent information, submission time and a country code supplied by our hosting provider.

Do not place confidential or sensitive personal information in a ReLeadsPro page URL. The page uses local browser storage for first-touch context and session storage for last-touch context. This storage supports attribution and is not used by us to build advertising profiles.

4. Clerk account information

If Clerk sign-in is configured and you are signed in, the form may use your Clerk name, primary email and phone number to prefill fields. On submission, it may also record your Clerk user identifier. You can review or change the visible form values before sending your request. Anonymous access requests are also supported.

5. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Review and manage private-beta access requests.
• Group potential testers by market, role or testing needs.
• Send invitation timing, onboarding details and relevant product updates.
• Understand acquisition sources and improve the beta page.
• Protect the form, investigate errors and prevent misuse.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.

You can unsubscribe from product emails using an unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting us. We may still send non-promotional communications needed to respond to a request you made.

6. Service providers

The beta page uses service providers to operate the signup flow. Form responses are submitted to Google Forms and may be reviewed in Google Sheets. Vercel hosts the site and processes web requests. Clerk provides authentication and account-related features when configured. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and may process it in locations different from yours.

7. Sharing and sale

We do not sell beta signup information. We may share information with the service providers described above, with professional advisers when reasonably necessary, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business reorganization, or when required by law. We do not authorize service providers to use beta signup information for their own marketing on our behalf.

8. Retention

We retain beta signup information only for as long as reasonably needed to manage the beta, communicate about access, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention may vary based on the nature of the information and why it is needed. You may ask us to delete your signup information, subject to information we must retain for legitimate legal or operational reasons.

9. Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw email consent at any time. Send requests to hello@releadspro.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect beta information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The beta is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Do not submit a beta request if you are under 18.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the beta changes. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated by email when appropriate.
